Asking For A Review

Nearly end of term and school year, and perhaps some of you have already broken up! Summer Hols may be the time when you have a bit more mental space for working on the strategy for your business!

I know that I have been getting involved here in Surrey with the many opportunities that our fabulous Council offers to small businesses in this area and that has generated some great thoughts and ideas.

The one thought I wanted to share with you today is about Getting Good Reviews for your Business. Here are some tips:

  • Ask for Reviews on several platforms: ie I usually ask for Review on Google, on my website and on my governing body YogaAlliance too
  • Include Reviews in a feed-back form at the end of a course of sessions
  • Ask for Reviews from parents at the end of term when reminding them of last dates for terms

What is a Good Review: it is a story really. It should ideally include :

  • How did they feel prior to taking a course or classes with you and what was their expectation
  • How are they feeling now ?
  • How are your classes helping them to progress on their life journey
  • For a longer review, they could include a bit more about their personal journey, what problems they faced and how your course helped them find solutions. For an example of a transformative journey please see Jemma’ s testimonial here

Please let me know if you have any question! to check on my reviews or to add to them please check here :-))
