Children’s Yoga Club Course – Micklefield School

Objectives
Children Yoga aims to help children develop a sense of awareness of their body and emotions through exercise, sound, Breathing, balance, games, storytelling and Relaxation. It is a fun practice that offers to all children the opportunity to express themselves through their body in a controlled, precise and fun way.

Who’s it for?
The Children Yoga Club at Micklefield School is offered to Year 3 and Year 4 groups as an After School Club in the Hall in groups of max 12 children of the school.

Prerequisites
No experience required

What To Bring
Children practice barefoot on Gym Mats with their instructor. The class will follow Covid-19 and school guidelines for equipment use.

Clothing
Their School PE Kit or leggings/tracksuit bottoms and Tshirt. Bring School Bag along to the Hall as pick up is straight from the Hall at 4.30pm.

Booking Terms and Conditions
Please book on-line and register your child’s name for the class although your billing details will be in your name. All members to join at the start of the term. You will be sent a Personal Information form upon booking.Refunds and/or cancellations will only be accepted up to 7 days before the start of the term unless the space can be sold to somebody else.
