Good morning,

Due to the expected drop in Studio attendance for the rest of the month, and while we endeavour to continue providing you with your Yoga courses and classes, we have decided to issue a temporary Emergency Booking Policy. The Emergency Booking Policy supersedes our Standard Booking Policy, which can be found on our front page (see bottom of page Refunds, Returns and Cancellations).

Please continue to visit the timetable to check that your class is taking place prior to attending.

Hi,

We will continue to update you as government guidance becomes available.

Our timetable is live and therefore all courses and classes showing on the timetable are running. Cancelled class will show cancelled. So please check the timetable prior to attending.

Should anything change you will receive an email with the procedure to follow.

This information will also be posted on the website.

Ongoing, we recommend that all of our students and teachers follow the advice provided by Department of Health and Social Care (Public Health England), as is outlined on the GOV.uk website, and

the World Health Organisation.

Here is a list of recommendations to students as well as actions we are taking in the Studio as a precaution against COVID-19:

  • Comply with the government guidelines: as of today 7 days isolation if you experience a fever and new continuous cough.
  • Do not attend class if returning from an affected country in line with government guideline.
  • Use provided hand sanitiser at the start of every class.
  • Use soap and hand towels to wash your hands in the bathrooms.
  • Bring your own Yoga Mat to class and avoid sharing. Studio Mats have been removed from the Studio area.
  • Use the studio disinfectant wipes and tissues to clean studio equipment if using.
  • Avoid hands-on adjustments and close contact with others.
  • Our standard Refund, Reschedule and Cancellation Policy continue to apply.

All teachers with Yoga Alliance Professionals’ Public Liability Insurance remain covered.

We wanted to let you know that we are keeping a close eye on the developments of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

We will continue to monitor the information and advice released by the UK Government and the World Health Organisation concerning the spread and containment of COVID-19.

the World Health Organisation.
