Keeping up an asana practice while travelling doesn’t have to be tricky and time consuming

Before you set out on your trip whether it is a weekend away, a business trip or backpacking the world, make a commitment to yourself to stick with your practice, be flexible as to how the ‘practice’ will present itself. The words ‘asana practice’ holds different meanings for different people on different days! Your travel asana practice might be trying a new class at a new studio, sun salutations on the beach, hotel room headstands, pigeon pose in your pyjamas or legs up the wall as you relax in the evening.

I love to travel, experience new cultures, see new sights, learn new languages and If you are anything like me, your practice will drop as your daily schedule changes by the moment as you embrace life and say ‘yes’.
