Children's Yoga Club – Three Bridges Primary School – Lower Site
Objectives
Children Yoga aims to help children develop a sense of awareness of their body and emotions through exercise, sound, Breathing, balance, games, storytelling and Relaxation. It is a fun practice that offers to all children the opportunity to express themselves through their body in a controlled, precise and fun way.
Who’s it for?
The Children Yoga Club at Three Bridges Primary School is offered to Y1-Y2 year groups as an After School Club in the Hall in groups of max 12 children of the Lower site.
Prerequisites
No experience required
What To Bring
Children practice barefoot (usually) on Gym Mats with their instructor. The class will follow school guidelines for equipment use.
Clothing
Their School PE Kit or leggings/tracksuit bottoms and Tshirt. Bring a snack to consume just before the class starts.
Location
Hall – Pick up is straight from the Hall at 4.10pm

For new pupils: A personal details form will be sent to you by email upon booking. It is your responsibility to duly fill out the form and return it to the sender prior to the start of the first club session. This is to help us understand your Child's needs and record your emergency contact details for our club's register.

Booking Terms and Conditions
Please book on-line using your name but please put your Childs name and class in the comments. We will then email you our registration form when you can provide further details. All members to join at the start of the term. Refunds and/or cancellations will only be accepted up to 7 days before the start of the term unless the space can be sold to somebody else.
