- In this 8 weeks Beginners Level 3 Yoga Course, you will get to develop considerable strength, technique and flexibility required to feel comfortable in any Yoga class, including dynamic styles such as Vinyasa and Power Yoga. You will consolidate the Yoga Poses that you know, explore the next Level of Poses and continue developing your range and experience of Breathing and Meditation and Relaxation technique. Most importantly you will learn to feel how to perform Poses to suit your physiology and level of competence.
