Yogamoo™ is delighted to offer a Children Yoga School Club at Hoe Bridge School to pre-prep, prep and junior year groups. The club runs in sessions of 45 minutes over several weeks each term in groups of 12 children. Children wear their PE clothes and practice over gym mats with their instructor.
Objectives
Children Yoga aims to help children develop a sense of awareness of their body and emotions through exercise, sound, Breathing, balance, games, storytelling and Relaxation. It is a fun practice that offers to all children the opportunity to express themselves through their body in a controlled, precise and fun way.
Who’s it for?
Children Yoga at Hoe Bridge School is currently offered to pre-prep, prep and juniors as an After School Club in the Music Room
Prerequisites
No experience required
What To Bring
Children practice barefoot on Fitness Mats with their instructor. The class will follow school guidelines for equipment use.
Clothing
Their School PE Kit or leggings/tracksuit bottoms and Tshirt. Bring all your belongings with you to the Yoga club as children will be taken to the pick up point at the end of the class.
