6 Weeks Course (6 x 30 Minute Weekly Class) for one classroom- pupils and teacher- to experience the proven therapeutical benefits of Yoga and Mindfulness techniques. Broascast Option available to allow whole school concurrent access to all pupils and their teachers from their classroom online for Whole School practice in just 6 weeks (1 Half Term).
