Children's Yoga Club – Kenley Primary School

Objectives
Children Yoga aims to help children develop a sense of awareness of their body and emotions through exercise, sound, breathing, balance, games, storytelling or rhyme based Yoga sequence and Relaxation. It is a fun practice that offers to all children the opportunity to express themselves through their body in a controlled, precise and fun way.

Who’s it for?
The Children Yoga Club at Kenley Primary School is offered from Y1 toY6 year groups as an After School Club in the Hall in groups of 12 children.

What To Bring
Children practice barefoot (usually) on gym mats with their instructor. We follow the school policy for school equipment.

Clothing
Their School PE Kit or leggings/tracksuit bottoms and Tshirt.

Hall – Collection point for parents: Side Gate 4:20pm

Summer Term Dates: 1st Jul, 8th Jul

Autumn Term Dates: 11 classes on 16th Sept, 23rd Sept, 30th Sept, 7th Oct, 14th Oct, 4th Nov, 11th Nov, 18th Nov, 25th Nov, 2nd Dec, 9th Dec (no class on 21st or 28th Oct half-term)

Booking Terms and Conditions

All members to join at the start of the term. Refunds and/or cancellations will only be accepted up to 7 days before the start of the term unless the space can be sold to somebody else.
