Our main focus is Yoga so please aim to have Yoga in mind when writing about other subjects.
Articles GuidelinesWe welcome Articles from a wide range of topics and type of material, here are some more specific guidelines Style: from a tutorial style showing step by step ways of getting into a pose to journaling abour your travelling experience in -eg-India, we welcome article that are perfectly english/american and well written, factual, open and non subjective or excluding. Your unique writing style will be most appreciated either using personal or impersonal style. Technical Terms: Our audience is interested in Yoga and Meditation, Health and Fitness, Nutrition, Relevant Travel, Wisdom and Positive Psychology however readers may be teachers, experts or complete beginners so please always use layman words and full description when using technical concepts or Sanscrit. Source, references and Images: Please kindly quote your sources whether quoting a Master of Yoga, School and major references of Yoga or Books and always make sure that images are free to use. This also applies to nutrition and health topics Accuracy and Safety: When describing poses of Yoga or writing about Yoga practice, please ensure that your teaching is in line with the major Yoga School guidelines and if you are using a different or controversial approach then please point that this is so. Always ensure that you have safety in mind and do not encourage beginners to perform advanced poses. Use disclaimers and list contra-indications as required and use common sense.
