Timetable times are divided into two sections. Yoga Classes and  Teacher Training. Yoga Classes run on a weekly basis with Laurence Turner. Yoga classes are taught in person for 60mins on Mondays. A course of sessions explores a theme with a progression so ideally check that you can make all dates prior to booking.
