Children's Yoga Club – Yattendon Primary School
Objectives
Children Yoga aims to help children develop a sense of awareness of their body and emotions through exercise, sound, Breathing, balance, games, storytelling and Relaxation. It is a fun practice that offers to all children the opportunity to express themselves through their body in a controlled, precise and fun way.
Who’s it for?
The Children Yoga Club at Yattendon Primary School is offered to Y3-Y6 year groups as an After School Club in the Library in groups of max 12 children
Prerequisites
No experience required
What To Bring
Children practice barefoot (usually) with their instructor. Please can the children bring a light sports towel to sit/lay on top. The class will follow school guidelines for equipment use.
Clothing
Their School PE Kit or leggings/tracksuit bottoms and Tshirt. Bring a snack to consume just before the class starts.
Location
Library – Pick up from outside the Front Building Reception at 4.15pm

Booking Terms and Conditions
All members to join at the start of the term. Refunds and/or cancellations will only be accepted up to 7 days before the start of the term unless the space can be sold to somebody else.

I just wanted to express my enormous gratitude to Laura and Yogamoo for a wonderful two terms at Yattendon.
Arden’s only friend decided not to sign up again for the second term, and Arden hesitantly continued.
She’s so pleased she did; she absolutely loves it and is already keen to restart in the Autumn!
