Children's Yoga Club – Hillcroft Primary School

Objectives
Children Yoga aims to help children develop a sense of awareness of their body and emotions through exercise, sound, breathing, balance, games, storytelling or rhyme based Yoga sequence and Relaxation. It is a fun practice that offers to all children the opportunity to express themselves through their body in a controlled, precise and fun way.

Who’s it for?
The Children Yoga Club at Hillcroft Primary School is offered from Y1 toY6 year groups as an After School Club in the Dining Hall in groups of 12 children.

What To Bring
Children practice barefoot (usually) on gym mats with their instructor. We follow the school policy for school equipment.

Clothing
Their School PE Kit or leggings/tracksuit bottoms and Tshirt.

Dining Hall – Collection point for parents: Main School Entrance at 4.15pm

Summer Term Dates: 10 classes on: 24th Apr, 1st May, 8th May, 15th May, 22nd May, 5th Jun, 12th Jun, 26th Jun, 3rd July, 10th July (no class on 29th May half-term, or 19th Jun closed)

Booking Terms and Conditions

All members to join at the start of the term. Refunds and/or cancellations will only be accepted up to 7 days before the start of the term unless the space can be sold to somebody else.
