Children's Yoga Club – Cuddington Croft Primary School – Sutton

Objectives
Children Yoga aims to help children develop a sense of awareness of their body and emotions through exercise, sound, Breathing, balance, games, storytelling and Relaxation. It is a fun practice that offers to all children the opportunity to express themselves through their body in a controlled, precise and fun way.

Who’s it for?
Children Yoga at Cuddington Croft Primary school is currently offered from Year 1 to Year 6 children an After School Club in a classroom in groups of 12 children of the school.

Prerequisites
No experience required

What To Bring
Children practice barefoot on the carpet with their instructor. Please kindly pack a light sports towel on the day.

Clothing
Their School PE Kit or leggings/tracksuit bottoms and Tshirt. Bring all your belongings with you to the Yoga club as children will be taken to the pick up point at the end of the class.

Forms
For new pupils: A personal details form will be sent to you by email upon booking. It is your responsibility to duly fill out the form and return it to the sender prior to the start of the first club session. This is to help us understand your Child's needs and record your emergency contact details for our clubs register.

Booking Terms and Conditions
Please book on-line using your name and we will email you our registration form when you can provide details for your child. All members to join at the start of the term. Refunds and/or cancellations will only be accepted up to 7 days before the start of the term unless the space can be sold to somebody else.
