Amber has loved her yoga sessions so much and has been using the techniques you have taught her to calm herself in certain situations etc. So i think it has been really beneficial for her. I’ll let her know the other Y6 girls have signed back up again 🙂
Laurence Turner –
Really nice to hear thanks Myrren, I look forward to having her in class. Thanks for the great feed-back. When children really take it on board to use at home, that’s wonderful ! a life skill for years to come 🙂

Anna loves yoga at Priory and impresses us with her yoga poses at home. I definitely thinks it helps with her confidence and it offers a quiet time in a very busy school day. Thank you so much.

Thank you so much Linn. I so enjoy having Anna in the class and it’s rewarding to hear that it is a helpful practice for her.
